Our website address is: https://floridaflooring.com. We are Michael and Annie Asher and we are the owners of Florida Flooring. We are a 3rd generation, family owned and operated business located in Boynton Beach, and have been in the flooring business since 1975.

Contact forms
We collect the contact information you entered into the webforms if you want us to contact you back or if you apply for an appointment. Your information is not shared and will never be shared with 3rd parties. Your contact information may be used to contact you back solely for business purposes, following up your requests or sending you promotions thru e-mail. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future with news about our company or information about our services. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link on the newsletter or by contacting us via the email address given on our website.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies

Information gathered with these tools are anonymous and is not attached directly to a person. This data will be used for website experience enhancements and better ads targeting.
Who We Share Your Data With
We don’t share any traceable personal customer data with 3rd parties. Anonymous click and cookie data processed with Google and Facebook tools.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Your contact information which you shared thru forms kept indefinitely unless you told us to terminate it.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
